1. Spare Part Storekeeper

Location: Hawassa Plant

Key Qualifications & Experience

• BA Degree in Purchasing & Property Management, Procurement & Supplies Management, Property Administration, Warehouse Management, or Auto Mechanics
• 2–4 years of experience in spare parts inventory and stock management
• Basic computer and IT skills
• Basic English communication skills

Key Competencies

• Inventory control and stock accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Record-keeping and reporting

2. Legal Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian federal and regional laws
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents

Key Competencies

• Legal research and analysis
• Contract management
• Ethical compliance and advisory skills
• Ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders

3. Method Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation

Key Competencies

• Process optimization and method analysis
• Technical accuracy and documentation
• Communication and coordination skills

4. Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Gubrie (Zebidar), Raya

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Valid professional license from the relevant regulatory authority
• 3–5 years of professional experience in hospital or healthcare settings

Key Competencies

• Laboratory testing and diagnostics
• Quality assurance and safety compliance
• Accuracy and ethical practice

5. Senior Business Controller

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) is highly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in audit, accounting, and business control

Key Competencies

• Financial planning and analysis
• Business intelligence and reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and BI tools
• Strategic thinking and leadership

6. Senior Developer / IT Project Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Qualifications & Experience

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in IT project management
• Strong hands-on experience in software development (Java, C#, .NET Core, Node.js, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
