1️⃣ Call for Enumerators – Enumerator & Supervisor Roster
Position Overview
Adroit Associates is inviting qualified field researchers to join its Enumerator and Supervisor Roster for upcoming short-term assignments across Ethiopia. Rostered candidates will support data collection activities for projects spanning humanitarian, development, and resilience sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement fieldwork plans under the guidance of supervisors
- Conduct:
- Household surveys
- Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)
- Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
- Facility-based assessments
- Collect data using KoBo Collect, ODK, or similar digital tools
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and daily uploads
- Capture GPS coordinates and high-quality geo-tagged photos
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and informed consent
- Report field challenges and provide daily progress updates
- Participate in trainings, debriefings, and team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related fields):
- Statistics, Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Education
- Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science
- Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Governance, Gender Studies
- Minimum 3 years of data collection experience (preferred)
- Proven experience with digital data collection platforms
- Fluency in English and at least one Ethiopian local language
- Willingness to travel to rural and remote areas
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
