1️⃣ Call for Enumerators – Enumerator & Supervisor Roster

Position Overview

Adroit Associates is inviting qualified field researchers to join its Enumerator and Supervisor Roster for upcoming short-term assignments across Ethiopia. Rostered candidates will support data collection activities for projects spanning humanitarian, development, and resilience sectors.

  • Collect data using KoBo Collect, ODK, or similar digital tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and daily uploads
  • Capture GPS coordinates and high-quality geo-tagged photos
  • Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and informed consent
  • Report field challenges and provide daily progress updates
  • Participate in trainings, debriefings, and team meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related fields):
    • Statistics, Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Education
    • Social Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science
    • Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Governance, Gender Studies
  • Minimum 3 years of data collection experience (preferred)
  • Proven experience with digital data collection platforms
  • Fluency in English and at least one Ethiopian local language
  • Willingness to travel to rural and remote areas
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Opportunity Identification

  • Scan donor portals and procurement platforms for opportunities
  • Develop short- and long-term BD strategies
  • Maintain opportunity tracking and CRM systems

Proposal & Bid Management

  • Lead end-to-end proposal and bid development
  • Coordinate inputs from technical, finance, and HR teams

Partnerships & Representation

  • Build relationships with donors, partners, and consultants
