1. Junior Repair Engineer

Job Purpose

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the quality of defective electronic products, while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and verify the quality of defective or rejected materials and products.
  • Analyze defects in incoming and in-process materials, identify root causes, and report to relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily repair and maintenance reports.
  • Perform rework, testing, and documentation according to company procedures.
  • Meet repair productivity and turnaround time targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
  • Continuously upgrade technical skills through training and technical publications.

Educational Qualification

  • Level IV / Level V in Electronics
  • Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

2. Junior Machine Engineer

Job Purpose

To support efficient operation, routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of factory machinery, while contributing to productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
  • Manage equipment documentation, spare parts, and maintenance logs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in validation and acceptance of new equipment.
  • Prepare equipment checklists, maintenance schedules, resumes, and annual plans.
  • Collect and analyze data related to machine malfunction and failures.
  • Deliver training on equipment operation and maintenance to operators.
  • Oversee equipment installation, repair, and upgrades.
  • Contribute to annual calibration and maintenance planning.

Educational Qualification

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering

3. Junior Process Engineer

Job Purpose

To ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes through monitoring KPIs, analyzing process performance, and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily 4M1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) and recommend improvements.
  • Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and improve production documentation and daily reports.
  • Lead assembly processes and support manpower allocation.
  • Analyze production KPIs and drive productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver operator training materials and conduct competency assessments.

Educational Qualification

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Job Purpose

To optimize manufacturing operations by improving workflow, conducting engineering analysis, and enhancing productivity, quality, and safety.

  • Participate in new machine installation and performance testing.
  • Prepare Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA) reports.
  • Translate Chinese operating and inspection procedures into Amharic.
  • Organize departmental documents and maintain engineering records.
  • Conduct workload studies and establish labor standards.
  • Assess workshop ergonomics and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
