Position: Junior Sales & Operations Officer
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related areas)
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous

Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Monitor and track shipments; provide regular updates to clients and partners
- Coordinate with logistics partners on scheduling, customs clearance, and documentation
- Maintain accurate operational files and records
- Communicate missing documents or delays to internal teams promptly
- Follow up with agents and finance teams for invoices and clearance processing
- Update information in the Automation System and prepare operational status reports
- Ensure timely return of containers and dispatch of export documents
- Prepare draft invoices and submit for approval
- Uphold internal service standards and ethical guidelines
- Take ownership of the customer journey—address issues quickly and professionally
- Provide proactive communication, ensuring clients are informed at every stage
2. Sales & Business Development
- Support sales efforts for both local and national clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and finalize sales orders
- Enhance sales performance through excellent customer service
- Collect and record customer feedback for service improvement
- Coordinate with departments to resolve client issues effectively
- Assist in loyalty and client retention initiatives
- Provide product and service guidance; handle scheduling requests
- Generate and review sales reports, vendor files, and related documentation
- Build trust with clients through consistent follow-up and support
