Position: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 yearsâ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employment laws.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting
