Position: Junior Cooperative Advisor
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor degree in relevant field e.g., Development Studies, Entrepreneurship, Agri-business or other related field.
- A maximum of 2 years of relevant working experience at international
- organization(s); experience supporting agricultural development projects.
- Understanding and experience in project monitoring and evaluation is preferable.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and other languages where relevant).
- Good computer skills in MS-applications (MS Office).
- Working within the horticulture(potato) supply chain is a plus.
- Having a high proficiency in English and Afaan Oromo languages.
- Willing to travel to filed.

- Personal qualities (traits): initiative, creative problem-solver, team player and able to work under strenuous conditions. Ability to work independently and with the team with multi-tasking and “can-doˮ attitude.
