RIDE stands as the largest taxi booking service in Ethiopia, mainly functioning in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Established by Samrawit Fikru, it has evolved into one of the most esteemed brands in Ethiopia over the past 11 years.
We are in search of a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to propel growth in our transport-hailing sector. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying new business prospects, onboarding corporate clients, and enhancing market presence through strategic sales efforts. This position necessitates a robust background in B2B sales, relationship management, and a comprehensive understanding of the transport and logistics industry.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology, transport, or logistics industries.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
