Position 1: J. Supple and Facility Officer
Qualifications:
- BSC/BA degree or Deploma with 0 years of experiance
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of records and identify discrepancies as well as implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, or spoilage of goods.
- Oversee the receipt of incoming goods and ensure they comply with the quality and quantity specified in purchase orders.
- Inspect and verify the condition of received goods to identify any damages or defects.
- Design and maintain an efficient storage layout to maximize space utilization and ease of access.
- Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to different departments or locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Continuously evaluate store and distribution processes for potential improvements.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Position 2: Junior Sales Officer
Education and Experience: degree in BA/BSC
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their queries, concerns, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Offer accurate and up-to-date information about the organization, its services, products, or events. Stay informed about relevant updates and changes to ensure the information provided is current.
- Support the sales team in the entire sales process, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Assist in maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance. Provide insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Handle various customer inquiries and handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
