Position 1: Branch Manager Grade C
- Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
- Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Anwar IFB Branch [West Addis Ababa District]
Position 2: Head, System Integration Section
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Work Experience: 4 years as Senior System Integration Officer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Head, System Integration Section or equivalent or 10 years relevant experience
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Senior Management Information System Officer
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or IS
- Work Experience: 3 years as Management Information System Officer or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Management Information System Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer II
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Work Experience: 2 years as Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer I or equivalent experience or 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer II or equivalent experience or 6 years relevant experience.

Position 5: Management Information System Officer
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or IS
- Work Experience: 2 years as Junior Management Information System Officer or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Management Information System Officer or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 6: Graphics Designer II
- Educational Qualification: BA in Marketing or Management (Knowledge of IT is advantageous)
- Work Experience: 2 years as Graphics Designer I or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Graphics Designer II or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience

Position 7: System Integration Officer I
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Work Experience: 2 years as Associate System Integration Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as System Integration Officer I or equivalent experience

Place of Work: Head Office
Position 8: Electrician -I
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma /TVET 10+3/ Level IV Certificate and COC Award in Electricity
- Work Experience: For BSc, 1 year as Electrician I or equivalent experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+3/ Level IV, 2 years as Electrician I or equivalent
