Position 1: Human Resources Coordinator

Requirements:

  • MA in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related fields with a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resource management.
  • Experience with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proven capability in managing full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in HR administration, record management, HR data systems, and policy implementation.
  • Solid background in training coordination, organizational reporting, and executive report writing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, multilingual fluency is preferred.

Position 2: Enterprise Advisor

Requirements:

 

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public administration, and related fields with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience leading large institutional reform or digital transformation programs is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to drive visionary planning, executive decision-making, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong capacity to analyze complex business processes, assess risks, and formulate data-driven policy recommendations.
  • Hands-on expertise in promoting continuous improvement, business process optimization, and enterprise technology integration.
  • Skill in engaging high-level stakeholders, leading teams, and managing strategic public-private partnerships.

Position 3: Procurement Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting and Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in procurement and supply-chain management.
  • Experience in procurement of ICT equipment, software, consultancy services, infrastructure, office equipment, and other institutional requirements is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of public procurement requirements and procedures in Ethiopia.
  • Expert capability in drafting, consolidating, and executing annual procurement plans tied to institutional budgets.
  • Strong track record in contract administration, supplier evaluations, performance tracking, and vendor database management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian public sector procurement standards, competitive bidding laws, and donor requirements.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing technology assets, enterprise software, civil infrastructure, and specialized consulting services.
  • Proven ability to supervise procurement personnel, promote transparency, and champion digital e-procurement solutions.

Position 4: Public Relations Director

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication, Political Science, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in public relations, media management, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of media relations, public communication, and institutional branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English. Proficiency in any other additional languages is also preferable.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing public events, media engagements, and communication campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive communication matters professionally.
  • Expertise in driving institutional visibility, public trust, and consistent brand messaging across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing press relations, organizing major public campaigns, and issuing high-level statements.
  • Superior ability to manage sensitive communications, address public inquiries, and safeguard organizational reputation under pressure.
  • Skilled in advising senior leadership, drafting high-impact speeches, and developing policy-aligned communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading communications teams, building strategic media networks, and managing inter-departmental workflows.

Position 5: Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Requirements:

  • MA degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, Development Studies, Communications, Public Relations, Law, Economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, public relations, donor relations, external affairs, or program coordination with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience working with government institutions, development partners, international organizations, or public sector institutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership development, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to map, prioritize, and manage high-level relationships with government officials, donors, and private sector leaders.
  • Skilled in facilitating MoUs, structuring inter-institutional collaborations, and monitoring long-term partner commitments.
  • Hands-on experience preparing concept notes, donor briefs, and project proposals to secure strategic alignment and resources.
  • Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for high-level diplomatic and institutional forums.
  • Strong capacity to navigate multi-party discussions, resolve engagement bottlenecks, and manage partnership risks professionally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, multilingual fluency is preferred.
