FastPay Technology Solution PLC is a fintech company located in Addis Ababa, focusing on digital financial platforms and cross-border remittances. It offers the FastPay app, enabling the Ethiopian diaspora to transfer funds directly to more than 30 banks in Ethiopia, frequently without fees and often instantly.
FastPay is in search of a creative, driven, and seasoned Marketing Expert to become part of our expanding team. The perfect candidate should possess a robust understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, and be capable of creating impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and promote business growth.
Position: Marketing Expert
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is an advantage
