Position 1: Associate Women Financial Advisory Service & Partnership Officer I
Essential Function
- Maintain information on website regarding Women Banking.
- Work with partner and facilitate trainings for women.
- Work with partner to increase women banking capacity.
- Assist in coordinating partnerships with NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposal preparation and program documentation.
- Provide basic financial advisory support to women clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Education and Work Experience: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 1 year of experience.

Position 2: Associate Women Banking Service Officer I
Essential Function
- Assist in the preparation of operational plan for the department.
- Participate in women customer relationship through regular contact and onsite business visit.
- Assist in the management of guaranty fund maintained for women customers.
- Maintain project based partner relationships and support resource mobilization.
- Provide customer support and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

- Education and Work Experience: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 1 year of experience.

Position 3: IS Audit Officer
Essential Function
- Execute IS and digital banking audits in accordance with the approved audit plan.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls, core banking systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk exposures.
- Review IT governance, system development, change management, and IT operational processes.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and improvement of controls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Audit, IS Audit, Digital Banking Audit, IT Risk, or related junior auditing and IT roles, Professional Certifications and Training: Certifications such as CISA, Lead ISO 27001 audit, CIA and relevant cybersecurity or digital banking certifications or local/professional trainings are highly advantageous.

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Essential Function
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
- Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
- Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.
Job Requirement
- Education and Work Experience: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.
