Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Experience:
Years of Experience: 2/4 years related work experience.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management

Position 2: BMS Specialist
Experience:
Years of Experience: a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience operating and programming active Building Management Systems (BMS).
Relevant Experience: Must have proven experience handling automation control loops, Direct Digital Controllers (DDC), Smart sensor calibration, instrumentation, and network-based system administration.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering (System Control, Automation, Computer stream) or related fields of studies

Position 3: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Experience:
Years of Experience: a minimum of 5/7 years of experience in high-rise mechanical facility services.
Relevant Experience: Must have direct experience managing central HVAC systems (chillers, VRF networks, air handling units), vertical transportation systems (high-speed elevators and escalators), and specialized high-pressure fire-fighting/suppression systems and water pumps, etc.

Educational Requirements: M.Sc. /B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. or related field of study

Position 4: Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Control Stream
Experience:
Years of Experience: a minimum of 5/7 years of experience in managing high-rise building electrical power distribution.
Relevant Experience: Must have practical experience with Medium/Low Voltage (MV/LV) main distribution boards, synchronized power systems, generators, ATS, backup diesel generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), bus bars and related works.

Position 5: Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Technician
Experience:
Years of Experience: a minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in high-rise buildings.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Must be an expert in troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, including HVAC components, high-pressure pumps, and standby generators, etc. Required as mechanical equipment installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Diploma/TVET Level IV in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Machine Equipment Maintenance, or related fields

Position 6: Plumbing & Sanitary Technician
Experience:
Years of Experience: a minimum 4 years of experience maintaining plumbing and sanitary, drainage and water-supply installations.
Relevant Experience: Must have experience with high-pressure booster pump stations, drainage/waste stacks, roof water reservoir assets, and tracking deep isolation valve maps, plus quickly diagnosing, locating, and fixing sanitary/plumbing failures inside the building.

Educational Requirements: Diploma/TVET Level IV in Plumbing & Sanitary, or related fields

Experience:

Technical Skills: Must be an expert in Building Electrical Installation (BEI), reading complex wiring plans, troubleshooting floor distribution boards, maintaining internal lighting control modules, and quickly diagnosing, locating, and fixing electrical breakdowns or failures inside the building.
