Position 1: Program Officer (Intern)
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as sociology, management, development studies, or social work.
- Assist in monitoring project activities and tracking progress against established work plans.
- Foundational knowledge of the project cycle management process.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the mission of the organization and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Language
- English fluency (written and verbal) is required.

Position 2: Business Development Officer (Intern)
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in for a bachelor’s or degree in business administration, sociology, management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive and impactful materials is highly mandatory
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and other communication technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Language

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- At least two years of proven experience in implementing MEAL systems for humanitarian or development projects in the NGO/non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the mission of the organization and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

- English fluency (written and verbal) is required.

Position 4: Nutrition Officer
Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
