Position 1: Cashier
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with COC.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing financial role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Position 2: Spa Attendant
- Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Spa Therapy, Wellness, or Hospitality.
- Knowledge of spa operations, hygiene standards, and guest care
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa facility.
Position 3: Housekeeping Attendant
- Qualifications: Basic education or Certificate in Housekeeping Operations or Hospitality with COC.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role in hotels or guesthouses
Position 4: Receptionist
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication skills, computer proficiency, and customer service orientation
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk agent, preferably in hotels or hospitality settings
Position 5: Lift Attendant
- Qualifications: High school education. Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
- Basic knowledge of elevator operations and safety procedures.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a lift/elevator attendant in hotels, offices, or commercial buildings preferred

Position 6: Transport Coordinator
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of hotel transport operations, guest transfer services, fleet coordination, and scheduling. Computer proficiency and strong communication skills required.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in transport coordination within a hotel or hospitality environment. Experience in managing guest airport transfers, staff transportation, vehicle scheduling, and coordinating with front office and concierge services is preferred
