Ethiopian Broadcasting Service (abbreviated as EBS TV) is an Ethiopian privately owned satellite TV channel. Launched in 2008, the channel is based in Ethiopia with correspondents both in United States at its headquarters in Silver Springs, Maryland, U.S. EBS TV broadcasts programs in mostly Amharic. EBS TV is the first private channel launched in Ethiopia.
Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Journalism or any social science field.
- 0 year experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand Amharic/English language
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Must be able to work under pressure.

Position 2: Website Developer / Web Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science
- Basic knowledge of Word Press
- Understanding of JavaScript and other programming languages
- Knowledge of website design and maintenance
- Familiarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Basic knowledge of Google AdSense
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
