Position: Customer Service Agent
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience any Sector in Customer services agent
- Exceptional communication sis, both verbal and written,
- Strong problem-solving sis and the ability to handle stressful stations with patience and professionalism

- We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to be the frontline of communication for our clients will play 3 critical role in resolving inquires, rolling timely updates, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer you interact with
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the fist point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and vie chat
- Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers,
- Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions.
- Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle bring questions
- Uses with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistic issues.
- Document al Customer interactions and transactions in our system. Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and pull loyalty
