Position 1: Junior Office Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSC degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 1 year and above relevant work experience
- Ability to start work immediately
Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and managing technical submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and project records.
- Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting shop drawings and structural drawings to ensure alignment with design specifications collaborating with site engineer and architect.
- Conducting quantity take-offs (surveying), calculating material requirements, and calculating and compile subcontractor/labour payments.
- Creating and updating project master schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management software.

Position 2: Site Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 4 years and above relevant work experience
- Ability to start work immediately
- Proficiency in surveying instruments, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure work aligns with schedules and technical drawings.
- Marking out the site accurately, performing surveying, and providing technical advice to workers/sub-contractors
- Checking materials, ensuring compliance with construction regulations and client interest, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and Architect, while maintaining detailed site reports/collaborating with site office engineer.
- Adhering to safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring a safe working environment by communicating the head office.
- Managing inventory, ordering materials, and overseeing resource utilization.

Position 3: Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- BSC degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3 years and above related work experience in a real estate or construction sector
- Knowledge of key relevant softwares and MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily installation activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
- Supervising electrical subcontractors and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure smooth site operations.
- Performing inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (e.g., installation line, power distribution, lighting, and control systems).
- Reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Preparing daily/ weekly site reports on progress, issues, and material usage. Analyse user/client requirements, evaluate costs, prepare specifications, and ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
- Assisting in scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring electrical materials are available on-site
