Position: Junior Coffee & Sesame Export Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in export trade operations specifically in coffee and sesame seed exports.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with international payment methods (LC, TT, CAD).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end export operations for coffee and sesame seed shipments.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including:
- Commercial invoices
- Packing lists
- Sales contracts
- Certificates of origin
- Phytosanitary certificates
- Insurance and shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade standards.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on payment terms such as LC, TT, and CAD.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
- Communicate with international buyers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
