Position: Junior Coffee & Sesame Export Officer

Qualification:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in export trade operations specifically in coffee and sesame seed exports.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with international payment methods (LC, TT, CAD).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end export operations for coffee and sesame seed shipments.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation including:
    • Commercial invoices
    • Packing lists
    • Sales contracts
    • Certificates of origin
    • Phytosanitary certificates
    • Insurance and shipping documents
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade standards.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics teams.
  • Follow up on payment terms such as LC, TT, and CAD.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
  • Communicate with international buyers regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
