Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales experience
- Proven experience as a real estate sales is preferable
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers and clients through various sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide product or service solutions effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
