Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Qualifications:
- 6 month and above Relevant work experience as HR Assistant, Recruiter or related HR roles
- Real estate experience is preferable and will be given priority
- Ability to start job immediately(if selected).
Responsibilities:
- Assist managing full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and coordinate engagement initiatives
- Maintain leave and attendance records and assist in payroll administration
- Assist in preparing HR documents, contracts, and official letters; provide general HR administrative support
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee databases and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and reporting
- Prepare HR reports for internal and management review
- Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records

Position 2: Cashier Accountant
Qualifications:
- BSC in Accounting and Finance
- GPA 3.5 and above
- No prior work experience is required (Graduates of 2025/2026)
- Female candidates will be given priority
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions; manage petty cash and prepare bank deposits
- Prepare payment vouchers, record transactions in the system, and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Prepare client invoices and verify that collections are properly deposited into the bank
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices with supporting documentation
- Reconcile daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash; prepare periodic financial reports
- Process and verify payments for suppliers, reimbursements, and other expenses
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and tax regulations
- Support audits, manage inventory records, and respond to client financial inquiries
