Qualification and Work Experience: M.Sc./B.Sc. Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The Job holder’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of an enterprisewide project management framework that aligns with the bank’s strategic goals and evolving Agile ambitions;
- Develop and prioritize the IT project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with digital transformation and business growth strategies;
- Spearhead the bank’s transition from traditional project management to Agile methodologies fostering a culture of adaptability, speed, and customer value;
- Define governance, performance metrics, and success criteria tailored for both Agile and hybrid delivery environments;
- Establish Agile Centers of Excellence, promote training, and champion cross-functional squads;
- Oversee the business analysis function to ensure deep engagement with stakeholders, accurate requirements gathering, and continuous.alignment with end-user needs;
