Champion Trading and Properties PLC was established in 2017 with the aim of making a substantial impact on the adherence to professional and ethical standards within the real estate sector. The company specializes in real estate marketing, sales agency services, consultancy, asset valuation, property management, investment and business consultancy, as well as travel agency and tour operations, and import business.
Position: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Education & Experience
- BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in sales & out of which 6 month & above as sales supervisor.
CAREER LEVEL:
- 4 year – 8 year Real estate sector work experience.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants
- Supervise sales branch and projects.
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
