Position 1: Sales Representative

Qualifications & Skills

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; 1–2 years of FMCG or food/agri sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic numerical, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel upcountry as required
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting capability

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Van Sales Driver

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Ethiopian driving license (License level: ደረቅ 1)
  • Proven experience as a van sales driver or delivery driver
  • Good knowledge of Addis Ababa routes and traffic regulations
  • Ability to work closely with a sales team
  • Physically fit and willing to support field operations
  • Basic numeracy skills with ability to issue invoices and handle cash accurately
  • Minimum educational qualification: Completed Grade 12

Position 3: Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 -8 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, or agribusiness.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a sales leadership role managing field teams.
  • Strong experience in route-to-market and channel execution.
