Position: Sales Representative – Fresh Graduates (Across Ethiopia)

What You’ll Do

  • Promote and sell our products to customers across your assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit sales outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution.
  • Work towards sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Monitor market activities, customer needs, and competitor movements.
  • Represent our brands professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven mindset and willingness to work towards targets.
  • A proactive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work in a field-based sales environment.
  • A strong desire to grow and develop a long-term career in sales.
