Addis International Bank S.C (AdIB) is a young private commercial bank that was founded by cooperatives, unions, and social settings like Idris as well as individual businessmen. It has been operating in the industry for the last seven years; and is playing a pivotal role in the banking industry.

Position: Graduate Trainee

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.

Graduation Year: 2025/26 – G.C

CGPA: 2.50 and above

Exit Exam: Must have passed the exit exam.

Work Experience: Not Required

Job Description & Summary

The Graduate Trainee Program provides 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop well-rounded professional bankers. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will commit to serving Addis Bank for a period of three years.
