Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C is an emerging, home grown and ambitious technology company based in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Its established in 2020 to operate in a total of eleven technology sectors, including E-commerce, E-learning, E-payment, logistics and others.

Position: Sales Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, or Technical Sales
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong experience in tender preparation and submission
- Good understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Design
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable ERP and technology solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Work closely with the technical team to design customized solutions
- Prepare solution architecture and technical documentation
2. Tender Management
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders (government, NGOs, private sector)
- Lead or support the preparation of technical and commercial tender documents
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for proposals
3. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in client meetings and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses
- Support contract discussions and closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on ERP solutions, competitors, and industry trends
- Provide feedback to product and development teams
- Identify opportunities for new solutions or improvements
