Education:

Required Qualification:

Position 3: Jr Administrative Assistant

Education Requirements

BSC, BA in Information Technology, Business Administration Information Systems, Management, Accounting, or related fields of study

Experience Requirement

1 year of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry

A Junior Administrative Assistant provides foundational support to senior staff and departments by managing daily clerical tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence. They help maintain office efficiency by organizing documents, maintaining databases, and handling basic operational tasks like supplying inventory.

Experience Requirement

2years’ experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, with a minimum of a one year of experience as a Jr Dispute & Reconciliation Management or related Position

A Dispute and Reconciliation Officer manages and resolves financial discrepancies, transaction disputes, and account mismatches, primarily within banking or mobile money sectors. Key duties include investigating transaction failures, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to prevent losses and maintain accurate financial records.
