National Election Board of Ethiopia Vacancy

National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is an independent organization established in accordance with Article 102 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

Since January 2019, in an effort to reform NEBE, the House of Peoples’ Representatives enacted a new proclamation that reduced the management board to five members that serve full time for a period of six years.

Position 1: Mechanic

Education and Work Experience:

• BA degree in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably within.

Duty station: NEBE Head Quarter, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Finance Expert

Education and Work Experience:

• Masters or BA degree in Accounting &  Finance, Economics, Management or related fields.
• 7 years for Masters or 8 years for BA

Duty station: NEBE Head Quarter, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Deputy Head, Procurement Management department

Education and Work Experience:

• Master or BA degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, management, Economics, purchasing and supplies management, Marketing or other relevant studies
• 9 years for BA Degrees or 7 years for Masters (4 years in leadership position)
• In procurement and contract administration related  job positions

Duty station:  NEBE Head Quarter, Addis Ababa
