Position 1: Foreclosure Officer
Education: LLM/LLB Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years relevant legal experience, of which 3 years in the banking sector.
To handle complex legal matters, court proceedings related to debt, loan litigation and criminal cases, any tribunals; and to identify emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect the Bank.
Locations: Addis Ababa, ET
Position 2: Surveillance Officer
Education: BA Degree/Diploma in Social Science or related fields. Certification in police science is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2/4 years relevant legal experience. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
To Strive and get tangible result in searching and spotting attachable property of defaulters and liable persons followed by the department. Handle related to foreclosure, debt litigation, and criminal case.
