About Siket Bank
Siket Bank S.C, formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C, is preparing to launch full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until then, the bank continues to provide microfinance services and will maintain these offerings alongside its upcoming banking operations.
With its headquarters in Addis Ababa and branches in Dire Dawa and Jigjiga, Siket Bank is expanding its team and invites qualified applicants to apply for the following positions.

1. Junior Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa & Jigjiga Branches
2. Junior Talent Acquisition Officer
- Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking work experience
- Place of Work: Head Office
3. Administrative Assistant
- Education: BA in Administrative Office Management or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Place of Work: Head Office & Arada District Office
4. Branch Controller
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking work experience as Branch Controller (mandatory)
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa & Jigjiga Branches
5. Cashier
- Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking work experience as Cashier (mandatory)
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa & Jigjiga Branches
6. Talent Acquisition Officer
- Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking work experience
- Place of Work: Head Office
7. Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
- Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
