Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer will support front-office branch operations by processing account openings, payments, collections, cash and non-cash transactions, and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Maker: Responsible for processing transactions and providing customer service support.
  • Checker: Responsible for reviewing and authorizing transactions processed by the Maker, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle account maintenance and transaction processing (cash & non-cash).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely front-office services.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship management standards.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Management, IT, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
