Job Summary

Frontieri Consult PLC is seeking an experienced Director of Strategy and Transformation to lead organizational growth, oversee strategic planning, and drive major transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, digital transformation experience, and a proven record of executing company-wide change.

This role directly reports to the CEO and leads the Strategy, Performance, and Learning Unit.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan aligned with market trends and client needs.
  • Identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks.
  • Coordinate annual organizational and departmental goals.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and propose strategic opportunities.
  • Perform strategic assessments and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Strengthen governance frameworks for major transformation projects.

Organizational Transformation & Change Management

  • Lead large-scale transformation programs to enhance agility and operational efficiency.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Introduce process improvement systems (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement across business units.

Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Use data analytics and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and increase efficiency.
  • Build a strong, results-oriented organizational culture.

People, Clients & Learning Systems

  • Build systems for capturing and acting on employee and client feedback.
  • Support leadership development and talent management programs.
  • Lead and mentor the Strategy & Transformation team.
  • Strengthen collaboration and organizational learning practices.

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation, strategy development, and performance improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in consulting, research, or advisory environments is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and digital transformation capabilities.
