Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Export Documentation Officer to support our export operations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing, verifying, and managing export documents to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin
- Verify accuracy and consistency of all export documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect shipment information
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and relevant authorities
- Support compliance with export procedures and regulations
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records

Job Requirement
- Qualification & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead coffee cupping sessions in line with Specialty Coffee Association standards
- Evaluate, score, and profile coffee lots accurately
- Oversee green coffee grading and defect analysis
- Ensure consistency in quality across all coffee batches
- Supervise and mentor junior cuppers and lab staff
- Prepare quality reports and buyer profiles
