Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is seeking new and qualified candidates for the following job opening.
Established in 2023, Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is a foreign-owned enterprise situated in the Woda Industrial Park within the Shager City Administration of Oromia State. Covering an extensive area of 15,000 square meters, our goal is to become the leading electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.
Position: Data Clerk
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of proven relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records.
- Generate routine reports and data summaries as required.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company information.
- Assist in document filing, archiving, and retrieval processes.
- Support various departments with data-related administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
