Position 1: Branch Manager IV-IFB

Job Summary

Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II-IFB or Business Manager III-IFB or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required

Position 2: Senior District-IFB Business Banking Officer

Job Summary

Job Purpose: The purpose of job is to manage and enhance the banking relationships with existing and prospective IFB customers to enhance resource mobilization and customer base expansion.

Job Requirement

  •  Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as District-IFB Business Banking Officer – I or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Place of work: Hawassa District Office

Position 3: Branch Manager IV-IFB

Job Summary

 Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II or Business Manager III or equivalents.

Place of work: Shashemene-Oda & Monopol-Hawassa Branches

Position 5: Branch Manager – IV (Re-Advertised)

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II or Business Manager III or equivalents.

 Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager -IV or Business Manager I or equivalents.
