Position: Junior Nurse Professional
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration to practice.
Prior Work Experience
- 0–2 years of professional nursing experience.
- Clinical internship or previous hospital experience is an advantage.
Job Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, and nursing care procedures.
- Knowledge of medication administration and clinical documentation standards.
- Understanding of infection prevention and control practices and patient safety standards.
- Familiarity with basic emergency response procedures and standard medical equipment.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, nursing ethics, and quality of care standards.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
