Position: Operational & Compliance Auditor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Public Health.
- Minimum of three years & above in audit or related fields; healthcare sector audit experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of procurement laws, inventory management, and compliance frameworks.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Audit or Compliance experience are mandatory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in planning and executing operational and compliance audits.
- Review operational processes, procurement, inventory, and service delivery systems.
- Assess compliance with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and applicable laws.
- Evaluate procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues.
- Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports.
- Conduct field inspections and verify inventory and operational records.
- Support follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit findings and evidence.
- Assist in improving operational audit tools and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
