Walia Steel Industry (WSI) is a privately held company founded in 2006 in Alemgena town, located in the Oromia Regional State, approximately 20 kilometers from Addis Ababa. It was initiated with a starting capital of Birr 200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million Birr) and has subsequently increased its capital over the years.
The company was created with the aim of producing and marketing steel products. The facility occupies a total land area of 53,000 square meters.
Position 1: Import & Export Officer (Junior Level)
Qualification & Experience
- BA degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills

Position 2: General Manager: Best Plastic Industries (Mid-Level)
Qualification & Experience
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant managerial experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and operational management skills

Qualification & Experience
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Project Management, , or related field
- 4–6 years relevant experience in project management
- Strong planning, reporting, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
