VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) was established in accordance with proclamation No. 40/96 to offer financial services to the economically active poor in both rural and urban regions of Ethiopia. Currently, VisionFund operates in four of the country’s Regional States.

Position 1: Security Guard -Frisker (Female)
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Completed 8th grade, basic military training.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 year of work experience
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to disassemble and assemble weapons.
- Ability to follow instructions and orders.
- Good physical fitness.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures as well as customer care.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Security Shift Leader
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Completed 10th grade and completed basic military training.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 year of work experience
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Knowledge of security and the use of firearms.
- Ability to disassemble and assemble firearms.
- Ability to follow instructions and commands.
- Good physical fitness.
- Ability to follow verbal and written orders.
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures as well as customer care.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position 3: Security Guard
EDUCATION/TRAINING

- Grade 12ve Complete + Military or Police Training Certificate
EXPERIENCE
- 5 year of work experience
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Good knowledge of security equipment and operating techniques
- Ability in coordinating teams
- Excellent security surveillance skills
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures as well as customer care.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good oral and written reporting skill.
