Position 1: Junior Secretary
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.
- Experience: Two years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.

- Excellent office management & organizing skill.

Position 2: Secretary
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.
- Experience: Four years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.

Position 3: Grade 3 Branch Manager
- Education: BA or BSC/MA or MSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/ Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
- Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
- Team building skills.
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
- Having CII certification is an advantage.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Grade 4 Branch Manager
- Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer.

- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.

- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent computer skill.
