Position 1: Junior Secretary

  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.
  • Experience: Two years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Excellent communication skill and personality.
  • Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
  • Excellent office management & organizing skill.

Salary: As per the Company scale

Position 2: Secretary

  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.
  • Experience: Four years proven and relevant post qualification experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Excellent office management & organizing skill.

Position 3: Grade 3 Branch Manager

  • Education: BA or BSC/MA or MSC in Management, Accounting,  Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/ Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
  • Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
  • Team building skills.
  • Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Written & spoken English language proficiency.
  • Excellent computer skill.
  • Having CII certification is an advantage.

Salary: As per the Company scale

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Grade 4 Branch Manager

  • Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
  • Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
  • Team building skills.
  • Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Written & spoken English language proficiency.
  • Excellent computer skill.
  • Having CII certification is an advantage.
