Position 1: Maintenance Technician

  • Qualification: Diploma in Plumbing, Electricity, Woodwork, Sanitary or related fields.
  • Experience: Two years proven and relevant experience in a similar role.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Excellent communication skill and personality.
  • Ability to conduct general maintenance.
  • Diagnostic and problem solving skill.

Salary: As per the Company scale

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Driver

  • Qualification: 12th Grade complete, 3rd Grade or equivalent driving license.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Auto Mechanics is advantageous.
  • Experience: Six years proven and relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication skill and personality.
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • High level of discipline.

Position 3: Junior Secretary

  • Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.

Position 9: Grade 4 Branch Manager

  • Qualification: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer

Knowledge & Skill

  • Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
  • Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
  • Team building skills.
  • Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Written & spoken English language proficiency.
  • Excellent computer skill.
  • Having CII certification is an advantage.
