Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Trainee Baker
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Location: Branches in Dire Dawa
Position 2: Junior Interest Free Banking Officer
- Qualifications: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience as Junior Interest Free Banking Officer or IFB Trainee
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Junior Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or Trainee Baker

Position 4: Interest Free Banking Officer
- Qualifications: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Interest Free Banking Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
Location: Head Office
Position 5: Senior IT Internal Auditor (Readvertised)
- Qualifications: BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline
- Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as IT Internal Auditor
