Position 1: Junior Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics and related field of studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience Experience:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: People & Culture Specialist (Learning and Development)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with hands-on experience in coordinating, delivering, and supporting learning and development programs and initiatives.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: People and Culture Specialist (Payroll)
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll administration, reconciliation, and use of HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance with experience supporting payroll audits and reporting
