Position: Reception/ Registration/ Cashier

Qualification: BA degree in Management /BA degree in Marketing Management/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and related.

Experience: 0 and above work experience

 

The Reception/Registration/Cashier role at Teklehaimanot General Hospital is essential for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. The individual will be responsible for managing patient registration, processing payments, and facilitating effective communication between patients and medical staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage patient registration processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain financial records with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
  • Provide information about hospital services and procedures to patients and their families.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up visits as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in collecting patient feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
