Position 1: Junior Quality Control Analyst
Job Summary
The Junior Quality Control Analyst will support the Quality Control team in inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting quality tests, and ensuring finished products meet established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in inspecting raw materials and packaging materials upon receipt.
- Conduct routine quality tests and inspections on products and production materials.
- Collect and document samples according to established procedures.
- Record laboratory and quality-control test results accurately.
- Assist in monitoring production processes to identify quality deviations.
- Report non-conforming products or materials to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support investigations into quality issues and production defects.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Assist with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Follow established safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production staff to maintain consistent product quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is an advantage.
- Strong academic background and willingness to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Position 2: Quality Control & Assurance Head
Job Summary
The Quality Control & Assurance Head will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s quality control and quality assurance activities across the manufacturing process, particularly in preform, shrink wrap, and closure production. The position will ensure that products meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance systems and procedures.
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Establish and monitor quality standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
- Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare regular quality performance reports for management.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory and quality-testing equipment.
- Train and develop quality control personnel on procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control and Assurance.
- Experience specifically in preform, shrink wrap, and closure manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor, Manager, or Head is required.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Position 3: Senior ERP Expert
Job Summary
The Senior ERP Expert will be responsible for supporting, managing, and continuously improving the company’s ERP system. The position will play a key role in ERP implementation, system optimization, user support, business-process integration, and ensuring that the ERP system effectively supports the organization’s operational and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP implementation, configuration, and system optimization.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP-based improvements.
- Work with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Coordinate ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment.
- Configure ERP modules and workflows according to organizational requirements.
- Manage ERP system integrations with other business applications where required.
- Provide technical and functional support to ERP users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Develop and maintain ERP-related documentation, procedures, and user guides.
- Train employees on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, security, and user access.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and external technical teams when necessary.
- Prepare reports and provide management with recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure proper data migration, validation, backup, and system maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- 5+ years of progressive professional experience, including at least 3 years of direct ERP implementation experience.
- Proven experience managing or supporting ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
