SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia is an international non-governmental organization and a member of the SOS Children’s Villages International Federation. Our humanitarian efforts in Ethiopia commenced in 1974 with the establishment of our first Village in Mekelle, located in the northern region of the country.
We are currently seeking a Procurement Volunteer who will operate under the overall guidance of the National Procurement, Logistics, and Liaison Manager. This individual will collaborate closely with our skilled procurement team, gaining valuable experience in areas such as procurement, vendor management, supply chain processes, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery management.

Essential Requirements (Must-Have):
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics & supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate of year 2024 or 2025.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
- Quick learner with a keen interest in procurement and supply chain.
