Sky Gate Plc is a recently founded travel retail company that aims to emerge as one of the premier duty-free retail operators in Ethiopia and the surrounding region.

A Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering customer service, boosting sales, and ensuring smooth store operations by welcoming customers, processing transactions through POS systems, and replenishing stock. They provide product recommendations, manage returns, uphold a tidy, organized, and secure store environment, and strive to achieve sales targets.

Position: Sales Assistants – French speakers

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA/CGPA of 3.40 and above.
  • Recent graduates and candidates expected to graduate by August 2026 are eligible to apply.
Core Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to retail operations.
  • Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight schedules.
