Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.
The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for cash management activities of branch office
Job Requirement
- Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of banking work experience.
- Banking industry experience is Mandatory.

Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency and promoting the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross selling the Bank’s products.
Job Requirement
- Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service.
- Banking industry experience is Mandatory.
