Qualification: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 3 years of banking/MFI experience, of which 1 year as a Junior credit role officer.

Qualification: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 3 years of banking/MFI experience, of which 1 year as a Junior customer relation officer

Position 3: Senior Customer Relations Officer-Internal Only
Qualifications:
M.A/B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 2/4 years of banking/ MF experience of which 2 years as Branch banking officer. Proven experience in customer service, credit control, or loan recovery is an advantage
